Over the last eleven years, Gil has been involved in dozens of new food product developments in Israel, the US, Europe, and China. Fueled by his strong inquisitive spirit, Gil is constantly seeking food related innovation.

With a proven track record in marketing, sales, and business development, in various CPG categories, Vered is an enthusiastic believer in healthy and nutritious diet as a way of life. Likewise, snacks are not new to Vered, she led successful launches and brand expansion of a variety of RTE food categories.

Yiftach brings with him nearly two decades of experience in leading roles at local and international private & public companies across a variety of industries, including: FMCG, retail and biopharmaceutical. Yiftach is enthusiastic about gastronomy and exploring novel places around the globe.

Meytal brings over twenty years of experience and expertise as a planning manager. She specializes in cross organizational projects such as S&OP (Sales and Operation Planning) processes within both the professional and organizational culture. Meytal has served in various roles in food, supplement, and communication companies, such as Strauss and Ma’abarot.
Meytal is always looking for new methods and more efficient ways to conduct her daily processes. When not at her desk you’ll find her at the beach, swimming or reading a book and sometimes, at an Ethnic music festival.

With over a decade dealing with management in the industry, Alex joined Torr in 2021.
Previously, he studied industry, management, and maintenance. In his free time he likes to spend time with his family, go on outdoor trips, and drive all-terrain vehicles.

Adi Nygate
R&D Manager
Adi’s love for the culinary arts started at a young age. By her early 20s she had not only qualified as a pastry chef at the Bishulim Culinary School, but also completed a professional Pastry Arts course at the Cordon Bleu, Paris. She received her BSc in Biochemistry and Food Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and her MBA from Tel Aviv University. Today, Adi is an experienced food scientist in the confectionery and snacking industry, leading the product development team at Torr, and creating new combinations of flavors and textures using our unique technology.

With experience in both product development and regulation, Sharon’s love for food started on a long trip abroad with friends when she realized that if she didn’t cook, she’d starve to death. No one died and they all got fat. Sharon’s favorite thing to do is go out to restaurants, guess all the ingredients, and then recreate the same dish at home.
